Hand-numbered Fuego Bendito Mexicano in an agave

Mexicano

Bottle of Fuego Bendito Mexicano artisanal mezcal
Agave rhodacantha · numbered edition

Rare, and numbered by hand

Mexicano is a rare agave, harvested in small quantities. We release it in a numbered edition: each bottle carries its number, written by hand by Benjamín’s team at the distillery.

It is proof of origin you can read on the glass. When the edition is gone, the next one waits for the agave.

The shared ritual

How to serve it

The glass

A thin glass, so the color and the aroma can open. Never a shot glass.

The temperature

Serve at 18–20 °C (64–68 °F). No ice, no hurry.

The pace

Small, slow sips. Let it rest on the tongue. The fire reveals itself in the second.

One maestro, four agaves

The other mezcals

A. angustifolia + cochineal — 46% ABV · 2,376 bottles. The signature. Finished with cochineal, the red that started it all.

A. americana — 46% ABV · 792 bottles. A great, slow agave, harvested only when it is ready.

A. convallis — 48% ABV · Numbered by hand. One of the most demanding agaves to distill. It is earned, not rushed.
