A great agave, given its time
Arroqueño is one of the largest agaves used for mezcal, and one of the slowest to mature. It is harvested only when the plant is ready, which is why every lot is small.
This edition was distilled by Benjamín Morales García in San Dionisio Ocotepec and bottled in a single lot of 792 bottles.
